Very good job done .
The techs contacted me and gave me an ETA so I could be prepared. They explained the process and set my expectations. I only use Zerorez because of their consistent quality.

Tile flooring left with puddles.
Carpeted areas left soaking wet: actually squishy when touched.
Put recliner with wood base on soaking carpet with no protection under wood.
Recliner stool(leather covered) set onto soaking carpet with leather side on wet carpet.
Placed 2 wood dining chairs directly onto the soaking carpet with no protection under the wood legs.
Asked technician to pay special attention to coffee stain on carpet: it came out darker and larger than original.
The pet cat tree (a carpeted tower) base was left soaking wet on the wet tile floor.
I called tech on his phone and he said that is how they clean. Nothing he could do when I asked that he come back to extract the excess water.
Rather than placing the area rug that was cleaned rug outside to dry or at least drip , it was left soaking wet on the tile floor that had supposedly been cleaned.
Contacted the office and they said they would come back out to clean again. That is not acceptable. Was told my complaint would be given to manager for her to call me. Have not heard back yet.
What can be done to make things right? Refund the cost of the service would be a responsible action.

Our representative was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The carpet looks great. The only thing that we didn't appreciate is the hidden fee of $12.00. This was not disclosed upfront and feels underhanded.

Very professional, courteous and offer service for deeper cleaning for pet stains by using bio cleaning products. The tech did an excellent job and I will use this service again and will recommend to anyone. I have used other cleaning companies several times and I was not satisfied with their service. I’m glad I chose Zerorez. 5 star service.

Our carpet hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. I didn’t notice it being really dirty but once Chase (zerorez technician ) finished? What a difference! Ask for Chase. He was on time, knowledgable, respectful of our property and he took pride in his work
I like the fact it's done naturally, no harsh chemicals. It was done quickly and professionally.
Guy finished carpet in 20mins. Carpet still had stains and was still dirty. He walked in and out the house with shoes. I had to just shampoo my carpet myself right after to feel satisfied. Do better.
Protect the floors that leads to floors that are being cleaned. Drop clothes.
Just wanted to say Ricky was excellent at what he does, plus he helped with a piece of furniture that had to be put back in place. Would deffinetly recommend this company
Service was Excellent, (Thank You Ethan!!! Carpet Technician,). Product's that actually clean's and has a bacterial cleaner to assure Cleaness less sinus problems, children on the carpet (Safe).
