The service from ZeroRez from setting up the appt, the professional pleasant communication, arrival time, explanation of the job and answers to my questions to the technician sending pictures when finished was EXCELLENT!! The technician that cleaned our carpets, Jay, had the courtesy to call before he arrived, arrived on time, and was very professional from the start. Jay explained everything that he was going to do to get our carpets cleaned, offered logical services without trying to up-sell us on unnecessary services, explained the costs, and then quickly and thoroughly cleaned our carpets. I cannot say enough complimentary things about Jay and Zerorez, except to use Zerorez with confidence, and make sure to request Jay as your technician!

Jay, was the Technician, who removed all the dirt marks on my carpet. He was every bit of a professional, polite and he provided prices and explained them. I definitely hope that he’s available when I have my carpet cleaned again. He said by evening my carpet would be dry and he was correct. I like this non-chemical company very much and highly recommend it. They’re specials are just as good as their work.
