The technician was prompt. Gave a head call as promised. Explained everything and made no assumptions. Technician did make common sense recommendations of upgrades which made sense. Work was completed quickly with results that I did not expect. I had the carpets cleaned in the new house that I purchased. Previous owners, which was a family of four, had lived here for at least a decade. Not sure how long the carpet was here, but I never thought remnants of them could ever be removed from the house. After Zerorez, there was just one tiny spot in a corner in the the gym that could not be completely removed. Nothing is perfect so that is the only reason for not giving a 10. I will definitely use them again in the future and if asked, recommend them to anyone else.

Daniel was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the process they use. My carpets feel clean and smell fresh. I will call on Zerorez again and highly recommend them.

Ethan did a great job cleaning our carpets in 5 bedrooms, loft, staircase and 2 area rugs. Very professional and respectful in our home. He was also very neat. Prices are fair and very pleased with his work, highly recommend.

You call ahead to let me know you are on your way. Polite. Acceptable appearance. Covering your shoes is nice plus. They had a plan. They explained what they were doing. They jumped in and did a good job, especially on the upholstery. And they were done a lot faster than I thought it would be.

Good afternoon..I saw your add on TV...special $99 for 3 rooms and a special offer free hallway or 100sq tile cleaning...I decided I wanted 2 area rugs as well with stairs...and level one pet cleaning in my bedroom...I was quoted $485 ...I was shocked and the only reason I decided to do it ...I am having a party and pressed for time...this is bad advertising...for $199 all he did was mop my floor...I will never use this company again and will never recommend you to anyone...I am so disappointed....

He told me my carpet was old as well as my furniture and he could do the best he could. My carpet has streaks as well as my recliner’s. Disappointed
