The original online quote was less than half the actual total billed after the work was done. A little more transparency would be nice.
Fast, professional and a great product.
I had the carpet on the stairs cleaned by Zerorez. I feel that he did the best he could considering the situation the carpet was already in. I don't think the people before me ever had them professionally cleaned. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you!

My tech was fantastic, and got everything wonderfully clean. This will be something I definitely do every couple months. They took great care of me, and they do not overcharge.

Accurate estimate, showed up on time. Tech was exceptional making it very easy to complete this large project with the least effort on our part. He was very thorough and asked questions when needed. He made sure our property was protected during the process which made us feel like this is a company we can trust.
