Profesionalism/ quality / timely services / respect
The zerorez way of cleaning carpets is really the best. They do not leave the carpet soaking wet like others I have tried. I have pets and they have some treatment that removes any odors. The techs are always friendly and professional.
This time, I am not happy how the cleaning turned out. I had stains on the carpet that were not removed. So the carpet cleaning was useless. I wish the person who cleaned would advised me that the stains wouldn’t come off, I wouldn’t pay for the regular cleaning but only ordered spot cleaning instead. The stairs were cleaned poorly too. I think one step was missed at all. For $200 it was not a good cleaning work. Sadly.

I like the accommodating staff. The technician was informative as well as efficient. I selected Zerorez because they have cleaned my classroom carpet and their signature solution that was used did not leave an overpowering oder. This is a plus for me as well as my students who suffer from airborne allergies.

On time service
Price could be improved for seniors. Communication was great, setting up appointment was easy, technician was professional and on time. Technician also informed me of air duct clean your company performs and provided me with a coupon as he saw I was very interested.
I am looking forward to getting my air ducts cleaned when I can afford it as I am a senior and have limited income.

Great customer service! Clean floors that don't upset my allergies! And the convenience of scheduling the appointment online. Brian called to let me know he was on the way. He informed me of the final cost before he started. He was very helpful in moving furniture to clean under it and was able to reach areas we had concerns about. Overall , Bryan was professional, friendly, and I will be asking for him next time my carpets and tile need cleaning.

Technician run his steamer/vacuum once in the whole family room and told us because of the age of the carpet and foot traffic that’s all he can do, he told us all the dirts are mostly permanent stains. So we weren’t happy with the finish product results that we we decided to buy a bissell carpet cleaner at Best Buy and after one carpet run our carpet looks cleaner, we wonder if the dry steam was not strong enough compared to the bissell wet steamer, well we four more rooms to do next month

The service was great & the tech was courteous & very knowledgeable. I have recommended him to 2 of my family members. I gave my daughter his name & number. I forgot how to spell his name but, I'm sure you know who came out on the 23rd of December 2024. Very pleased customer.
