Not happy with how quickly your rep. did the cleaning job on our carpets. Your pretreatment didn't do much to really get the dirt out of our 4 year old carpets. Will I use you again? I don't know.

I like the Zr water cleaning solution that eliminates the cruchiness that standard cleaning solution residue leaves after drying.
