I recently had my carpets cleaned using Zerorez and the service was fantastic!

The process used
The technician was friendly and arrived on time. There were several dark staines that i was hoping would be removed and they were not. I truly believe that the tech tired to get these out but told us that it was just wear and tear of the carpet and it wouldn't come up. There is also a white residue on several spots in the office. It looks uneven and almost worse than it did before it was done.
The service men were quiet and quick. Just came in and got the job done.
When I scheduled the appointment I asked if an area rug that is 8x10 could be included and they said sure and the tech would give me an estimate when he got here. Ok no problem you have cleaned this rug before. When the tech got here he said he would have to take it to your shop and it would be close to $400 to clean. FYI this rug has no stains just needed cleaning since it hasn't been cleaned since last time you were out. Last time this was not the case and the tech cleaned it in our driveway. Our inside carpets look great and very satisfied besides that. Really needed that area rug cleaned. :(

The service was fine fantastic the man came in cleaned my rugs. Put something on it made it that made it smell fantastic. He explained what he was doing each time. We had several questions as he was going, and he answered everyone of them, and explained what he was doing.. I’m going to have him come back next month and have him clean my other rugs

Too expensive for the service received. I had the same service from a different company that did a better job at cleaning the tile and did not charge for deodorizer. I contacted your company based on seeing “a special” advertised on television. The special was NOT as advertised; however, the technician Major was very professional.
First and last time I’ll use this company.
The carpet is streaky you can see lines that the carpet cleaner passed through.

Well after I allowed the carpets to dry I took my own black light and still see the areas I was shown where my pets had accidents.
I may have understood that the extra $35 per room to treat that would not take the marks out.

My previous Zerorez used styrofoam blocks to place under smaller pieces of furniture which made it much easier after cleaning. We had too move all pieces of furniture out of rooms.
The cleaner arrived on time and worked carefully and quickly. The cost was what we expected. One area was not cleaned well enough, so they will be back to rework that area with no extra charge.

ZEROREZ is the only carpet cleaning company we will ever use. Our carpet cleaner, Steve, was so thorough and left our carpets like they were new, and our carpets are 24 years old and white!! Steve was so friendly and had such a great sense of humor. The price of cleaning our four bedrooms, family room, bathroom, and hallway was such a deal and the job that he did was so completely wonderful, which had not been cleaned for two years, that we can't stop admiring how beautiful our old white carpets look!! Thank you Steve and thank you ZEROREZ for your wonderful service!!

ZeroRez is always on time or early. The rugs will dry overnight and do not take days to dry and the job that is done is always very good.
