Bernardo did a great job cleaning my carpet and kitchen tile. My appt was 8-10am. Called before he came, arrived about 8:15 and was gone by about 10:30.I recommend Zerorez and Bernardo.Joan

The carpet cleaner was prompt, did a great job on our carpet. Small complaint of the $12 service charge seems ridiculous as it is added on to the special three bedroom cost. We don’t even know what the service charge is for.
The tech was insulting using a uv flashlight to point out pet urine to me. He did not use corner or furniture protectors, did it clean one area with an obvious stain.
The technicians are friendly and thurough. Price is REASONABLE!
They arrive on time and do a great job . Very pleasant to work with .
