Carpets are always cleaned well and smell great.
It is super easy to schedule an on-line appointment with Zerorez. They give you a three hour window, however, they are typically there within the first hour. They look at the rooms, make sure they understand what you want the start the cleaning. It's quick and my carpets always come out great. I appreciate the process they use.
I was impressed by the quality of work and customer service. I definitely will continue to use Zerorez!

He was on time, if not early. Jay was professional, he explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how to best help it dry. He cleaned up the area after he was completed and he was very pleasant.
