Easy to schedule, complete communication, and trained technicians do the job.
Did good job
I was quoted $262 on the phone. The service guy added over $100 to the total and tried to add more. He promised that it would be worth it due to the results in a few areas. Well, once everything dried, many spots came back just as they were before. And believe me, they were not that bad. To make it right, I would either like a refund, or to have it done better.
BRENDEN was on-time, worked fast and took time to do the extras we needed. Recommend the spot treatment that did the trick on heavy traffic aeras and made sure to make recommendations for the next visit in the fall.

We recently had our tile/grout cleaned by Daniel and Zac. Daniel did such a good job on the initial section of tile we did that we called back and had the rest of our tile done by Zac. It looks great! They both were friendly and professional.

Bryan L did a great job on our 2 large area rugs. He did a great job of explaining the process and products he was going to use. We had some animal odors that I explained needed to be addressed and he took care of them.

Needless to say, my carpets are a miracle in cleanliness and are so soft. For not being cleaned professionally in over 15 years.........what more can I say........but........I am so happy I choose Zerorez.

Excellent results on tile cleaning
Well I would have appreciated assistance in moving some things. The tech never asked whether I wanted certain things moved and just cleaned around them. Kind of disappointed for the $285
