Told cost when making appointment On phone. Got Pressure to add two additional costs to quoted price. Do not appreciate pressure to spend more money from person standing in my home.

Hi, this was an ‘strange plumbing call’ in my opinion. I had previously up until now, a pleased customer, had been pleased with Jesse and others. I understood that Jessie was away and not available, and accepted to have another gentleman come out, his name was Brandon. I had another garbage disposal issue, I knew better before I put the small hand full of chopped beef in. Jesse had to repair/unclog it prior because I clogged it with veggie roots.
The water had begun to stand in my sink. I left it alone….. Brandon came, we had pleasant small talk and began to work on emptying the sink. Later I began hearing a lot of loud noise. Then he went out to get something else, then more loud banging that I never heard before in unclogging my disposal . My neighbors called twice , Brandon heard me speak with them. Time passed and his mood began to change in my opinion. He accused me of having to have HAD to put SOMETHING ELSE down the disposal. I said ‘young man, do not get loud with me’,’I know what I placed in the disposal’. He then scribbled a name of someone else to call because it was beyond Focus’s scope , he said ‘no charge’, ‘call these people’.
I was prepared to give him a tip and a years membership to the Focus Club I had previous. He left. Yes. I went down later to my unlocked doors and the Focus truck gone, it was about 4 o’clock, I believe then .
Well, I called my longtime old school plumber instead. I had noticed the disposal wasn’t plugged in however I thought Brandon left it unplugged intentionally. When my plumber friend came, he came and 1st, plugged the disposal in, rain water and said IT’S WORKING FINE!
So thanks Focus because I did not have $400 in my budget, as quoted by Brandon, to pay to unclog my disposal . So I take as a Christmas Blessing. Thanks
Jayden did an excellent job cleaning our carpets.
The technician was excellent. He deep treated two pet problem areas and did a great job on all the carpet.
Our sofa did not get clean at all. Tracey stacked the cushions so that they touched and didn’t dry. We left the house for hours because we couldn’t use our living room and came back to cushions that were too damp to use. I called today and the sofa is being cleaned again next week.

Great technician. Love that it is safe for animals and doesn't have a strong odor. My carpets always look brand new after cleaning.
Ive used other carpet cleaners in the past but my carpet is so nice with Zerorez. It stays looking great. With others' my carpet looked good for a few weeks but because they don't take out the soapy residue it would actually look worse after a month. Zerorez in the best.
Although I think the bio treatment worked the surface cleaning seemed rushed and quick

For the 2 SMALL rooms and the price of $121.00 the carpet doesn't look any different its mushed down so there goes the saying you can make old carpet look like brand new ! Also they were in and out in 20 mins . We also were not impressed with the one of the employees.
He called to let us know he had a cancelation and he wanted to come earlier for which we complied. He came and wasn't friendly at all. He forgot to put on his shoe covers. I just got out of the hospital and didn't want no shoes in house unless coverings are on also right away got upset when we denied a extra price for pet stains for which he put a black light on as you can't see it said well I would have to sign a waiver. I said OK. Well he never had me sign that. He seemed like he rushed the job , left a puddle of water at the end of both rooms in hallway , which I had to clean up with a towell as not to slip and fall So we are not happy 😕
You can make it right by letting your employee have some common sense and good kind customer skills and we would like a refund or partial at the very least
