I got great feedback from my technicians about the many questions I had for them. They were professional and worked quickly. They arrived at the time stated and took care of the surrounding structures of my house as they moved throughout. I was impressed, as always, with my service.

I did not expect my carpet yo ge vkeaned outside snd then worst of all that I had to leave it to dry out on my drive way - where dust from the street was flying on my $ 150 just supposedly cleaned and wet rug and then bird pooped on it too. Horrible.
Then I had to bring 10x7 wet rug inside. I am 64 year old woman and that was not an easy task.
Then when it dried - stained are still there and I had to clean bird poop. I am not happy at all !!!
Totaly wasted $150 and horrible experience. Zero Rez - Never again !
I was very happy with my service from Zerorez. They were here on time, cleaned carpet, and did not try to sell me more stuff. I paid what I was quoted. The provider was neat and didn't leave any mess behind. I have aready recommended to my neighbor. Will definitely use again,

Tech showed up later than expected and not all spots were removed - a little disappointed in the results.

He did an ok job on our tile. However, my sons debit card got compromised. He only used twice. Once at grocery store and with your company. This has put a hardship on him. We will be putting on yelp if we don’t hear back.

I like the fact that there is no residue left on carpets to attract dirt in just a few days. Nothing but clean left.
The tech, Kanoa, was amazing. Actually came early which was a good start. Thoroughly explained everything as the previous owner had dogs. No hard upsell which I’ve had in the past so I was extremely satisfied. He did the job in a timely manner. Carpets look great! I’ll only use this company from now on and definitely will request this tech.
The team that came out knew what they were doing and did a great job. They understood what I needed and worked to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction.
Our service was fantastic! 45 mins earlier than our scheduled time, called to ask if that was ok, of COURSE it was! Super fast and thorough.

I thought $103.00 was pretty high for an RV with 2 strips of carpet about 90 sq ft.I called and got three different prices. the high was $150.00. You do a good job on my house.
