Apparently the people at the main office and the person that cleans your floor are not on the same page. Every time I said well the office said this... the cleaner said, no we change things. For example my appointment was between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. The person cleaning contacted me around 12:00 noon and said he was ready to start. I was just jumping and the shower and I hadn't eaten anything yet. After that we agreed 1:15 p.m. gave me time to get ready. Second of all, I didn't appreciate him wearing shoes that attracted outside dirt into my home. He said that changed also due to slippage. He did three rooms, in and out, and approximately 25 minutes. I felt rushed in every area from the time of the appointment to the time he left.

Way too expensive without the 100$ off sale. I use eco friendly steam cleaners when you're not offering your sale.
End result was fine but the stated drying time was understated. 4 to 6 was stated when in fact in took overnight to dry completely. We have extra plush carpet. Operators should take note of knap of carpet before they state drying time.
The work they do is AWESOME and always The Best. I would not use any one else!!
I have used Zerorez for many years and always been very satisfied with the service.
This time all looked good when wet, but after it dried, there was residue of stains that were there before he came.

Your technician showed up without the equipment to clean the couch. He then proceeded to convince us to clean and seal the tile with a considerable upgrade charge. Terrible job on the tile - heavy residue everywhere that now shows footprints. Also so many spots where the grout is not clean. Carpet did not look better. He did not remove any furniture or throw rugs - just worked around everything.
What can you do to make things right? Send a technician that is prepared and knows how to do a proper job. We tipped him $40 before we could walk on the tile to check his work. Very unsatisfied! We can send pictures.
