My dog practically ruined my carpet and he made it all clean and it looks like new and the dog urine smell is no more! I wanted carpets cleaned.
It was simple to make an appointment. After a single phone call of about 2 minutes I had an appointment date that suited me and an exact cost.
The service man called ahead of the scheduled time to let us know he was on his way.
He came at the exact time he said he would.
He was friendly and personable and made sure he knew what I needed and asked about any areas needing special attention.
He protected any areas of the house the hoses might bang against.
He worked hard during the cleaning process and made sure I checked his work was done to my satisfaction, and gave me advice about drying time and being safe with a damp carpet.
Payment was by any means I wanted - Check, credit card or cash.
Overall I was completely satisfied with the process and result.

The process was quick and easy and the technician showed up right on-time. He was very courteous and careful with the cleaning equipment and hose routing through the house, using corner guards on every turn. Prices have gone up, just like everything else, but it seemed a little more expensive than what I expected.

Carpets are always cleaned well and smell great.

It is super easy to schedule an on-line appointment with Zerorez. They give you a three hour window, however, they are typically there within the first hour. They look at the rooms, make sure they understand what you want the start the cleaning. It's quick and my carpets always come out great. I appreciate the process they use.

I was impressed by the quality of work and customer service. I definitely will continue to use Zerorez!
