Great clean carpets
I was very excited to get my carpets cleaned by Zerorez with all the hype on special water and no chemicals or soap residue but to my surprise they do use some chemicals and carpet was extremely wet for hours and dried crispy without a clean smell. It was just another carpet cleaning that I could have done myself in my opinion!
for our rug cleaning - the stain did not come out 100 percent.
Awesome technician and very professional, punctual and we got a great deal.
The workers come in but their covers over the shoes very professional, hard worker and best of all my floor dries in about five hours. It always comes out very clean. I have white Berber carpet.

Joe showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning our air vents . They had not been cleaned in over 20 years and were a mess . We now have better airflow thru the house . We greatly appreciate the work he did and will be calling Zerorez in the future to keep our vents clean.
Technician was friendly and explained well of what to exii pop cry, dry time etc.

The carpets look fantastic and I have light colored ones at that. The young man told me exactly what he was planning to do using my “mom” vocabulary. He was stupendous! I will ask for him whenever I get the carpets cleaned again

When I used zerorez to clean my sofa, I was pleased with the result. This time calling to clean my client's carpet, I wasn't pleased. It seems like too much water was used. Not sure if that was the problem, but the area underneath where you step on the stairs looked awful! It made it look like it was really dirty. My client was going to try and brush it out.
A couple of the stains that appeared to be gone, started to reappear in a couple of the rooms. I chose number 5 because of my first experience with Zerorez. My girlfriend, who has lots of rental homes had been singing the company's praises to me for years. Disapointing! If I use the company again, I will ask for a different person.
It wasn't cheap either! $320 for 3 bedrooms, a loft and stairs.

Make sure to get the front part of the stairs more than once. The top of the stairs is beautiful, my carpet looks AMAZING (it's off white and over 13 years old)!!! My stairs, though looked like a jail cell. It was an easy fix with a brush and some water, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Other than that it was a great job and the guy was VERY knowledgeable and very nice

The first thing I will tell you is no one else will clean carpets like zero Rez secondly, I never had any problem with the cleaners themselves. They’re very helpful and pleasant. I’ve been using zero raise for many years and I won’t let anyone near my carpeting. They are the best.

I love Zerorez because it’s different from other companies. Their process leaves no residue and floors stay clean longer. Techs are always friendly and professional. I am a repeat customer. I do my floors every 6-8 months so they stay looking new. Try them. You won’t be disappointed.
Couldn't get stains or odors out. I've done better with rented equipment doing it myself
