I was told the add-on I got could remove a red wine stain. Not the case at all, I had some simple stains that remain. That said, the carpet is very clean, the technician was courteous, on time, and communicated well.
Note: Each tech should have a helper, and the techs should move furniture without electronics and return it with foam blocks to prevent bleeding. $$$
It doesn't look much cleaner. Bedroom yes. It maybe because it is two tone carpet.
I will say this...Your technichian was very nice and helpful. However, i only requested my stairs be cleaned and they were not clean at the end of the service, as well they were sopping wet. by the time it dried...still dirty. I will not reccommend, in fact debating about posting about the HYPE of this company. Its another viral that totally disappoints. Not a happy customer.
Zerorez did a great job! My 15-year old carpet hadn't been cleaned in two years and it was filthy. The tech offered a deep clean option (additional charge), which I jumped on given the condition of the carpet. When done, it looked nearly brand new. The job took under an hour for two rooms and a hallway. Tech was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely be using them again.
Major was wonderful, fast and detailed. I was impressed how quickly he completed my carpets. He was also pleasant and very polite.
The technician was professional and recommended what he could do for the amount of soil we had in the carpet; however over 24hrs after the service we’re still not able to put furniture back as there are damp spots.. I was given a 4-6ish hr dry time window which was stressful enough but now it’s just ridiculous.
Quality of work
Very friendly showed up on time went out of there way on pet stains and just did a great job well worth the money and really wasn't very expensive I can't believe how great carpet looks we have a few dogs lots of stains they pretty much got all stains out would definitely recommend to anyone

Carpeted stairs only- does not smell clean
I like the caroet cleaning work that Brad performed. He explained the process & the pricing very well. Brad is a good representative for Zerorez.
I was watching Brad and he is very attentive to details and takes pride in his work. He communicates well, is friendly & courteous.
In the future, I will ask for Brad on any carpet or other cleaning services.

The technician was amazing!
I was very happy with the results from having my tile cleaned. Humongous difference. Travis took care of me very nicely with cleaning the tile. I would recommend zero Rez to anyone who needed some kind of cleaning done. I could not talk Travis into dusting my tables. That was a joke.
