Jay, our technician, was professional and courteous. Upsold us on a few items and well worth it. Would recommend him and will ask for him for any future cleanings we do. I work remotely from home and he was considerate of the noise he was making and wanted to make sure I was an inconvenience. This is our fourth time using them and it’s the reason our carpets continue to look new and fresh.
Will cleaned our tile and grout and sealed it. It was absolutely the best job we ever had. My tile looks brand new and I'm so pleased with the outcome and with his wirk. I will definitely request Will fir our carpet cleaning next.

Carpets looked great. Service guy was fantastic but the smell afterwards was terrible.
Travis did an excellent job on our light colored carpet. He introduced himself at the door (most don't these days) and was very polite and friendly and professional. It was not awkward or uncomfortable having him in my home. I wish every technician in various trades (plumbing, electrical etc) provided this kind of demeaner when entering your home.
On time and efficient. Stains came out right away. Will definitely be using this company again!
