This is the first time that I have experienced a "bait and switch" from your company. I was quoted $139 on a special and wound up paying $208. I did have him spray a protector and I realize that was not in the quote I received. The man who cleaned the carpet came in pushing more additions to the job and I really felt pressured and uncomfortable.
I have been a Zerorez customer for years and never experienced this pressure before. I will think twice before I schedule your company again.

My carpet is 8 years old and is a premium carpet. No pets or shoes allowed. The carpet has been cleaned 4-5 times in the past. This time with zerorez has been the worst result.
I don't blame the tech, I believe it is your process.
My main complaint is the traffic area. The traffic area was dirty but even coloring. Now it looks spotty. It looked better before cleaning.
I guess plain water just doesn't work so well

I like that chemicals and soap are not part of your cleaning process, as we have several animals who reside with us in our home. The process leaves no sticky residual to attract dirt and carpets stay clean longer.
We use zero rez every 6 months for our carpets. Phone staff is very knowledgeable and thorough. Carpet cleaners are very nice and do a good job!!
My carpets look great. The technician , Joe, did a great job . He explained the process so I could understand. My puppy had left many stains and he really made an effort to eliminate them. Joe represented your company very well.

My neighbor used Zerorez about six months ago and told me she was extremely happy with redsults, as a matter of fact, she had same technician. We will spread the word in our community, too bad you can't offer some type of incentive to be the "preferred" community carpert cleaning service provider.
I do have a couple of areas that I would like for your techs to take a look at when they deliver my area rug that was taken to the shop for cleaning.
