Stains left and the smell is so bad even with the added bio treatment that was meant to stop that. It’s like unbearable this time for some reason. The first time we did carpet cleaning it wasn’t nearly this bad

The Carpet and Tile Cleaning was professionally accomplished; the PRICE DOUBLED from our quote. RECOMMEND GETTING AN ON-SITE QUOTE PRIOR TO committing to ZeroRez, it may reduce the sticker shock. Tracey was very professional, personable and careful in completing this job.
We had one real negative to the nice job: without comment or apology, his partner drained his truck's "leaking tank" into our gutter prior to leaving, resulting in "standing, soapy water". I spent 30 min that night pushing soapy (clean/dirty?) water that had pooled in our corner gutter. Residue remained for a couple of days.
The service was completed very efficiently.
Disappointed that your carpet cleaning special only rinses the carpets and doesn’t actually clean them. If I wanted them cleaned then I’d have to pay extra but the $100 I was already paying was supposed to clean them.
Include the carpet scrubber in your cleaning special instead of having it as an additional service.

Hey! The tech was great, explained everything well, etc. However, the big area treated for dog urine reeks today - bad. I understand that's normal after an enzyme treatment, but I'm worried the contamination isn't out. How long should I wait for it to dry and off gas before discussing additional remediation?
Our tile and grout looked brand new after the service was done!
