Efficient and Thorough.
Owen, the Zerorez tech, was very passionate about his job. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do, then did it. Next time I use Zerorez, I will be asking for Owen.

I like that your appointments were easy to make. The cleaning liquid didn’t have any unpleasant odor. The rug dried in a good period of time. Travis the young man who cleaned my rugs was very personable. He explained about your product and how it works. It did not take a lot of time to do the cleaning.
