Technician over soaked our carpets in several spots. We are now 48 hours later and on spot is still soaked. He left a dirty water stain in the middle of our Great Room,which is going to be addressed by another Tech later this week. The three original stains from spilled liquids did come out,but this new one appears to be rust related. Hope it can be removed with out damage to our 4 year old carpet. Noticed a lot of chemical residue in spots as if the Tech did not know what he was doing.

I have used Zerorez to clean the carpets in my home of 26 years and the results were always fantastic. Great pre-care through the whole process of total cleaning. I moved into a townhouse that does not have carpet but I did have Zerorez come and clean my sofa. I am absolutely delighted and pleased with the job that Derek did. Now I'm hoping to have them clean my air ducts.
Services and cleaning was perfect, we were moving out and had tenants moving in and Wil G went above and beyond in making sure we didn’t have to worry about anything and were satisfied.

Zach, an exceptional carpet technician, effectively removed all my stains, leaving my couch looking pristine. He arrived punctually, displaying the treatments he was applying to my carpet. The only thing is zero very pricey they need to lower. The price is a little bit.

Your team is absolutely amazing. The guy who took care of us (at 5085 Alfingo 8/27) was incredible. He had mechanical issues with his truck and with a backup truck that arrived and he stuck with it, fixed the issues, and did a great job for us. He’s terrific and will be a reason we call Zerorez again in the future.
