My experience with zerorez was just as expected. My representative, Mr. Ford was polite and professional. He did an amazing job cleaning my area rugs.

Carpets look nice, service person very kind
I didnt notice until after the employee came down and walked all over the dirty downstairs floors that his shoe protectors were pretty ripped. I could see half of his shoes. So not only was he dirtying the carpets as he 'cleaned' them, but as I stated he got them more dirty when he went up with me to show me a couple of spots. Early the next morning (today) I noticed a lot of dog hair in the master. We just purchased this home and never noticed it before. Im not sure if the wash brought up the dog hair somehow.

First of all the person my daughter spoke to (on my behalf) for just inquiries into your service was knowledgeable and courteous, answering all our questions with no pressure. We checked other services and called back as Zerorez was the best for what we needed and the price was reasonable. They were able to give us a quick appointment as we had special circumstances. The technician who actually did the work was so friendly. He answered any additional questions we had and was proficient, professional and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the results.
