Major was wonderful, fast and detailed. I was impressed how quickly he completed my carpets. He was also pleasant and very polite.
The technician was professional and recommended what he could do for the amount of soil we had in the carpet; however over 24hrs after the service we’re still not able to put furniture back as there are damp spots.. I was given a 4-6ish hr dry time window which was stressful enough but now it’s just ridiculous.
Quality of work
Very friendly showed up on time went out of there way on pet stains and just did a great job well worth the money and really wasn't very expensive I can't believe how great carpet looks we have a few dogs lots of stains they pretty much got all stains out would definitely recommend to anyone

The technician was amazing!
I was very happy with the results from having my tile cleaned. Humongous difference. Travis took care of me very nicely with cleaning the tile. I would recommend zero Rez to anyone who needed some kind of cleaning done. I could not talk Travis into dusting my tables. That was a joke.
Provide a better description of the various services and pricing.

My house was filled with carbon monoxide, it set my house alarm to warn me . I had to leave all my doors open to my home for almost an hour before the carbon monoxide alarm would stop ringing. When I compained about it, the carpet cleaner called a supervisor , said someone is going to call me they never did. He said that they were out on break. I was told that there was some type of problem with the new truck.
I will never use this company again.

For the most part, the service is excellent. The technicians do a really really good job. Owen was very polite and was here within the timeframe given. After he left and the rugs that were done dried, my husband noticed that a little more time could’ve been spent on the area rugs. Especially our 5 x 7.
All in all, we are happy with zero Rez service and will probably be getting our couch done.
Zerorez did a great job! My 15-year old carpet hadn't been cleaned in two years and it was filthy. The tech offered a deep clean option (additional charge), which I jumped on given the condition of the carpet. When done, it looked nearly brand new. The job took under an hour for two rooms and a hallway. Tech was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely be using them again.
