Ian the technician did a great job on our Carpets.
Your tech left my home with my floors wet and soiled, cleaned upholstery and left a mess on the floors, used booties, but kept going in and out of the house to his truck with them on his shoes, and walks back into the house, don’t use guards to protect baseboards and corners… terrible experience, I will never use your company ever…. A person called to see if she can rectify the problem, I declined as I don’t want your company in my home again!

There wasn’t any change from the beginning of the job to the outcome. I chose you for having the highest ranking and very good reviews but that was a big mistake. I truly am not going to recommend you for anyone. From me, you have 0 rating.
The carpets were not cleaned well. I’ve had better service from your company
the guy went over my carpet one time. I still have some spots of urine from a former tenants dog. He was here for less than an hour.
Granted the carpet looks better but not over $200.00 better.
He could’ve at least gone over the carpet twice, I think he rushed the job.
The gentleman showed up on time and was very professional.
It would have been nice to know other cleaning types available before service appointment.

I expected a little more upselling but was pleasantly surprised to not get that. The tech was kind and knowledgeable, the carpets look great and were pretty dry in 6 hours. Pricing was on the high side for the area rug which seemed to take less time than a full bedroom at half the price

Everything is so clean - carpet, area rug and upholstery all look brand new. Owen was fantastic and did a great job with attention to detail. Would highly recommend!
Efficiency and fast service
The product does not smell like chemicals and has only a very mild citrus scent; cleans very well; and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Zack was prompt, polite, knowledgeable & made some good suggestions & up grades.
My carpets do not look good. They do not look clean. I’ve used your company many times and your guys do good one time and then they don’t do good the next time.
I like the way he cleaned up the dark spots on the rug. The rug is very soft, and it didn't take long to dry with a ceiling fan, and floor fan.
Jay did an awesome job, he is very pleasant, informative, cleaned up any drips on the floor, and also wore covers for his shoes. He is an asset to your company. Definitely, will ask for him when I do my 2 other rugs in the bedrooms.He deserves a 10 for his work on my rugs.
