The products are clean and strong! No chemical smell no gritty feel on your feet , dried by the night and didn’t smell , with other companies they smelled horrible and didn’t dry for days.
Service was excellent and professional! They called 20 minutes prior to arrival. Explain and surveyed the job. Finished in about an hour!

Hi! This isn’t a reflection on the technician, he was professional and did a good job. My concern is more with the company’s sales approach. I’ve been a customer for years, and it feels like the experience has shifted from straightforward carpet cleaning to a heavy emphasis on upselling additional services.
In the past, I would schedule a cleaning at a more predictable rate and the technicians would do their best to get the carpets clean. More recently, I’ve been told that stains on my relatively new carpet cannot be adequately treated unless I purchase additional services such as scrubbing or other upgrades. Whether that’s technically true or not, it leaves me feeling pressured and makes me dread the sales conversation before the cleaning even begins.
Ian was excellent. He explained the whole process and was done in no time. Our carpets look fantastic. I will definitely recommend you guys again and again and again.
Zerorez is a great service and an asset to the valley. The technician was early, and the timeliness was appreciated. As always, the technician(s) are courteous and thorough. There was a spot I assumed would be hard to get out ... it wasn't. Thank You for the service and expertise.

Today is June 12 I had your company come to my house yesterday. The loveseat, couch and chair really do not look good. There is some yellow on the cushions. One side could be OK and then there’s some like yellow so I called and I am having someone come out tomorrow to redo it.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The technician notified me before arriving to ensure I would be at home. They walked to the house before starting anything and gave suggestions as to what services would best work for my carpet. They were very fast and made sure I was happy with the results before leaving.
They are quick and efficient. The techs are pleasure to work with. The techs also help with small incidentals like moving objects out of the way. Their pricing is also quite fair. I highly recommend Zerorez.
I. like the Allergen free chemical solution used to clean my carpet. I also, like that excess water is not left in the carpet, which allows it to dry faster. Your staff members are always respectful and friendly.
