I was excited to try out this company but, ultimately was not satisfied with the experience. Technician was very friendly however, I was very disappointed that the entire carpeted areas were not cleaned. We had furniture that we would have moved had we known that the technician would not. Also, areas under the beds where there was ample room to put a vacuum or cleaning device were not cleaned. Lastly, we didn’t have our coupon honored at the time of service and was told we could not have it honored due to the fact the services were completed. I requested a refund due to the experience as was told that I could not get a refund until a service member came back out to perform a redo of the cleaning. This is not the experience I was hoping for as a first time Zero Res customer and will probably choose other carpet cleaners moving forward.

I have used you twice and both times the operators were very friendly and professional.

Everything was great. Carpet is super clean and the service was outstanding.

Arrived on time as scheduled and did excellent carpet cleaning in two rooms and an area rugs.

I had them clean the entire upstairs carpet which they did a beautiful job. I have since sent two large area rugs to be cleaned. Braiden the representative sent out was very honest and explained the different processes there are for the area rugs involving pet odors, and pee pee. The prices were awesome in the customer service is wonderful.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting their rugs, cleaned with honest input.

Jay was on time (actually early), texted 15 minutes before his arrival to have the courtesy to say he was on his way, and carefully went over everything with me before starting to clean the carpets. Jay did his usual fantastic job, and had thoroughly cleaned the carpets in all three rooms in less than 30 minutes. Jay was very professional and polite, had me inspect his work before settling the bill, and left no mess when he cleaned up. We will continues to use Zerorez and recommend them to anyone who asks. Great job Jay and Zerorez!
