Fantastic job and the technician was a pro!

The tile and grout weren’t very clean also had a lot of flies in my house due to all the doors being open because they didn’t have fans when putting stuff back in my pantry there was a little chip in my tile floor it wasn’t there before I called the guys that did my floor and they were like oh we thought it was a leaf or something then they said oh it was there both of them but only 1 guy cleaned in the pantry they made me feel like I was lying which I wasn’t this to me isn’t very professional especially when I’m paying over $500

Representative who did the cleaning was very knowledgeable and informative about our carpets and patio furniture upholstery. He was nice and professional and did a great job for us.

The last two services I’ve had have not been as good as they were in the past. There are still areas of concern. I mentioned this last time when we had our carpets clean we do have texture carpets so it is a little more difficult to take care of.

Way overpriced! For what we received! Too much up selling! Results are not show on internet I thought it would be different than other carpet cleaning services. One room we had low expectations for the but the other that had a few good spots came out hard and just looked like I did it my self!

The couch didn’t appear much cleaner after the cleaning was complete. Our couch is a Living Spaces sectional made with quality fabric, and I just assumed the couch would come out looking cleaner after this cleaning.

I understand there is no way to remove every possible stain or possible blemish, but it doesn’t seem much different at all for the $400 we paid.

My 24yr old carpet looks practically brand new new, smells fresh and soft. It always dries relatively fast.
Tracy was an amazing technician! I’d use him again in a heartbeat. He recommended water & white vinegar when my Frenchie has accidents. Carpet still smells fresh & stains gone.
