Technician Erik was excellent

I like the way the cleaning process works, although this time it took a long time to dry. Parts of the areas too over 2 days to dry, even with fans running and the weather not being humid. In the past, the carpet has dried much quicker. It may be due to the fact that there were spots that needed "extra" tending.

Jayden was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the process. He also explained what to expect afterward. He worked diligently and thoroughly.

The carpets has dark spots in certain high traffic area. Those areas are still dirty. The cleaning was very quick, as if the cleaners were just vacuuming the floor.
The quality of cleaning considering the price is absolutely not worth it and I would not recommend it to anyone.
On a side note, I asked the cleaner to go over one of the spots once more and it turned out to get much cleaner. So if the cleaner took their time and actually did the cleaning properly the carpets would have been cleaned, but they did not.

This is poor quality service and in a small town like Las Vegas it would look very poorly upon your company.

The gentlemen that came to service my home was courteous and professional, he examined the floors and gave me what I felt was honest advice about what my options were. He then worked hard for hours to clean a large area of carpet and tile. I will return to Zerorez in the future for my cleaning needs.

The crew I had out on Wed/Jan 14 was wonderful. personable and helpful. My carpet is old and has light and dark stains. they made the carpet look great! I didn't know it could look this good.

I like the " no surprises" I get with Zerorez. This is the second time using them and I always know what the bill is ahead of time. The quick drying time & the lack of artificial scents from soaps or chemicals is wonderful! My cleaner, Zach, was great! He did a quick but thorough job!!
