We have had carpet cleaning numerous times, always great. No up selling, pressure. This time our time floors were done, bringing our grout back from the dead. Amazing!

Tracy was very efficient and everything came out looking great.
Steve arrived early as I had hoped. He was very helpful in moving some tables that were too heavy for me. He recommended much needed protection for my carpet. Did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. Thank you.
Areas of carpet were still wet more than 24 hours after cleaning, and a yellowish residue appeared on some of the extra wet areas. The technician obviously did not spend the time to suction the water/cleaning solution properly. My carpet feels dirtier than before they were cleaned.
I was told the carpet would dry in approximately 4 hours. Almost 12 hours after the cleaning process, it was finally dry. Our ho.e smelled like dirty, mildewy water after the cleaning. I was told there would be a fresh citrus scent, but that didn't happen.
Service is always excellent and on time. Technicians are very professional and helpful.

Mikael did a terrific job and explained the services to us.
My feedback has to do with the dirtiness of the power cord (yikes! it was filthy) and how much water was leaked on my new rug and flooring. Every hose join seemed to leak. I was worried that the water was the dirty water and I had to clean it up afterwards.
Please clean your power cords and get new hardware for the great technicians.

I was extremely happy with the services provided. Raphael was prompt, polite, and easy to work with. He was extremely efficient with his work and produced a product that made me realize I did not need to buy new carpet. My old nasty carpet looks like brand new. Had Travis come over and provided me with a quote. He explained the whole process from start to finish thoroughly, and I decided then and there to get the job done. Luckily for me, he had an opening and completed everything fast and efficiently. Amazing job! Will be using your services again.

Despite the super clean brush service I chose, I wasn’t impressed with it.Yes my living room was a dirty however it’s always a disappointment when I come back from my work trips…which has nothing to do with zerorez. My carpet has looked better in past visits than this time. I’ll try zerorez again but am not going to upgrade to whatever special brush blah blah cleaning.
I was quoted a price and when the cleaners arrived they wanted to charge 3x the quoted price. When offering “deals” on your website there should be more transparency on what the customer is actually getting with that deal price.

I got the quote the price was competitive, so I schedule. When the tech got here to do the job. He up charged me to a price that was over double what they originally priced me at. I got him to go down a little bit, but I needed the job done that day and I wanted it to look good. The tech did a good job; carpets came out great. They retracted a lot of water out of the carpets,
