CHRIST WAS PLEASANT. CARPET LOOKS MUCH BETTER, EXCEPT WHERE THERE WAS CARPET UNDERNEATH THE EDGES WHERE THE FACE BOWLS, THE TV STAND AND OTHER SUCH AREAS. THEY REALLY SHOWTHE DUST NOW.

The guy who came to our home was awesome..
There are places on the stairs that dont look clean I have one room that doesnt look clean and they only had to do half the room. They did a good job on the traffic area by the kitchen. I can still see dirt in several areas that I know can come clean. The job just felt rushed. There was also a promotional offer for a pass to the Glittering lights I never received. I did sign up for on the website when I booked my appointment.

I own 5 little dogs that made a mess out of my carpet. My carpet was in a state that I was afraid I would have to replace it. After 4 hours, Justice was able to remove all the stains and bring the nap in the carpet back to its original state. I believe one more service will have the carpet (and padding) to a near new state at a reasonable price. Thank you Justice and ZeroEz for helping me solve a very stressful situation!
The service member always arrives when promised, works with me on where to clean my area rugs (I have wood floors), and does a fantastic job on my embedded cat-fur. And the cost is totally reasonable for the job done! This year, Daniel did my rugs. Next year I'm going to specifically request him.

The carpets look great after being cleaned by Zerorez. They are very professional and are polite. The carpet dries fast. The young man who cleaned the carpet was fast and very nice.

I used your company for the first time to get my dryer vent cleaned. After the service was completed I went to my laundry room only to find the entire room which is also the linen closet and storage, completely covered in dust. There was not a single surface,’piece of bedding, clean clothes line drying, laundry baskets and even the inside of the washing machine that didn’t have a layer of dust on them. I’m very disappointed that after spending hundreds of dollars for a service I was giving days of extra work to clean up after you. I have seen other companies servicing my neighbors house and I will be reaching out to them for dry vent cleaning from now on.
