Travis did an excellent job on our light colored carpet. He introduced himself at the door (most don't these days) and was very polite and friendly and professional. It was not awkward or uncomfortable having him in my home. I wish every technician in various trades (plumbing, electrical etc) provided this kind of demeaner when entering your home.
On time and efficient. Stains came out right away. Will definitely be using this company again!

Major and Paulson cleaned our carpets. It seemed to me that they enjoy their jobs, and I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Both of these gentlemen were very professional and pleasant.
After the technician left both ceiling fans in the master bedroom are no longer working. We have checked the breaker box, the wall switches, and replace the batteries in both of the remotes. It is a mystery still why the ceiling fans are no longer working and why there are two separate ceiling fans that are not working after The cleaning.

He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We discussed specific problem areas that needed more attention. He flushed areas that were more problematic, leaving my carpet like new. I'm so thankful for his efforts and willingness to listen to my needs. My home feels so much cleaner and comfortable!
