Technician was friendly and efficient.
Overall quick and easy process but lack attention to detail.
We got tile cleaned and didn’t get to space behind the doors. Not such big of a deal but the corners or the wall were dirty and from the cleaning equipment rubbing on them. Thought they would is used some type of protective material to avoid from getting damaged/dirty.
I have used Zerorez in the past and so when I got a text stating they were having a sale for 3 rooms for $99 it sounded like a great deal. We only have 3 rooms left in our home with carpet so it was perfect. I scheduled the appointment for the next day for an arrival between 2-5pm to fit my schedule. I got a text message earlier in the day while I was in another appointment that they could come earlier. I called some later appointments to see if I could rearrange to make that happen, but when I called the technician to confirm he could still come earlier he was already at my home (a family member had let him in not knowing I hadn't yet confirmed the change). So...to start off it was all happening very quickly and I wasn't given any time to sort through my schedule to make adaptations. When I arrived I was then told it would be $420 to do the 3 rooms. I asked why and was told because one of the rooms was in our casita (about 10 feet further than another room requested) it would cost an extra set up fee. he told me if I didn't want to pay it he could just cancel the appointment and I should have just done that since I could tell he wasn't really interested in doing any work. But, I had wanted these carpets cleaned & had just not had the chance for a while to have them done, so i asked what it would be if he just did the two inside the 'main' house. The quote was still higher than the original price I had signed up which was aggravating to me (seemed like a bait & switch), but at this point I was just frustrated by the whole process. The tech did his job (not sure how well since there was water left all over the two tile bathrooms he 'polished'.Overall not a very great expereince and I'm seeing a huge difference in the carpets.

Staff caring ,flexible do a good job Jay watched out for our young cats. Product holds up well also no chemical smell .
They technicians were professional and no upsale pressure. They did the special with the pet service and was out quickly. Dry time was a bit longer this time. Maybe because of winter.

I was very pleased with all that was taken care of in an afternoon. I needed carpet stretched and cleaned, as well as two recliner chairs cleaned. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I have had my carpets cleaned every 6 months by Zerorez and my carpets have never looked so good. Travis was here this week and as usual did a FANTASTIC job. He is professional, kind, considerate, hard working, and truly a gem. Hats off to Travis, keep up the good work!!!!

I have been debating on this and it is only right to give a feedback the gentleman who did my carpet cleaning was very nice but between myself and my son we are not pleased with the cleaning and the price was different from what we thought it was going to be when I scheduled the appointment I did it through social media and the price was way less than what I was charged But I thank you We are just not happy or pleased
