I like both, your product & service. Thanks! When the carpet dries it didn't show any dirt left from the cleaning.
Timely and efficient? Carpet looks great. Braiden did a super job. We requested him as he has done our unit before.
Braiden arrived at 10:45, surveyed the carpets to be cleaned, quoted pricing accordingly and got to work. He finished around noon. He was respectful of my home and furnishings and baseboards. In addition to the 3 room offer and an additional low-pile area carpet (8X10'), Braiden offered to do two runners for $10 each, which I appreciated. He upsold me to a "130 BrushPro" service which cost $70 additional. (All my Zerorez techs in the past have found ways to upsell me once they are here...)
The low-pile area carpet was dry in 2 hours; the plush wall-to-wall was almost dry in 8 hours, but I didn't put furniture back until the next day. I especially like the feel of the plush carpet on my bare feet after a Zerorez cleaning; it is truly "zero residue".
Terrible customer service and terribly unsatisfactory results. I would not recommend. You can fix my stairs which you have offered to do but only after dismissing me and trying to allege you didn’t create the damage which YOU ABSOLUTELY DID! You can fix my stairs and refund my money. Unfortunately when you treat your customers with the callus and dismissive attitude your cleaner treated me, repairing what was damaged doesn’t restore the impression you left. It’s just the least you can do. I will not be using or recommending Zerorez. As for my google rating, you put the zero in Zerorez.
I heard about zerorez a long time ago and never tried it because I figured it wouldn't work without chemicals etc.. I've been using a traditional carpet cleaner and they really do a fantastic job. The problem is that they've become expensive and I've been putting it offline. My daughter is a real estate agent and your company did a seminar on your services and she encouraged me to try it. I called Zerorez and 4 days later your technician was cleaning my carpet. It only took maybe 1 hour and it was done. It was left mildly damp and absolutely dry by the next morning. I had a couple of bad foot traffic stains and they disappeared. Great job done by your rep "Sol"!

I had to go clean my carpets at my old rental. The results were like you didn’t even touch the carpet. I called to let you know when you said you were gonna send somebody to re-clean. I just checked it yesterday. It looks just as bad if not worse. Your slogan says “ insanely clean carpets” only thing insane is that I had to pay for carpets that never got cleaned.

I very much liked how easy it was to schedule and that the technician was very nice and on time.
Will, is our service professional. He is the best we have had from any we have ever delt with. He is very professional at answering all of our questions and does the best job of cleaning our carpets ever. He's so friendly and professional like I stated above. We will always ask for him.
The technician was too fast and missed all the edges of the floor around the master shower. Also in the master shower he failed to clean the entire area of the bench both inside and outside of the glass. When my husband asked him to seal all the tile we were charged an additional 700$ and then they left footprints in the sealer. I called in to ask they come back and fix it all because we paid 2500$ for this house to be cleaned. We would like the tech to come

We have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past but once we found Zeroez several years ago, we haven't used anyone else. Their technicians are exceptional. They are usually early for an appointment, do great work and leave everything clean when they leave.
Carpets were cleaned very nicely and in a timely fashion. Technician called ahead and arrived ahead of schedule.
The first guy that came didn’t do a good job. So I called zero rez and told them and they sent another guy out. His name is Mekal Lawson. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Very good customer service skills. I would like for him to come clean my carpet and tile from now on. You want someone who cares about satisfying all the customers service that I paid for. I will always use zero Rez for my carpet and tile needs.
