The Zerorez tech called ahead of arrival and arrived on time, as promised. He took the time to inspect my carpet then began with a pre-treatment. The cleaning was expeditious and thorough. The tech explained every detail of the process, then what to do after cleaning. It simply doesn't get any better than that...simple, inexpensive, and thorough. Thanks Zerorez!
