Service was great in out good job well done
I was extremely surprised by the $740 charge for cleaning two small bedroom carpets and a small area of hard flooring. This price appears far above typical market rates for comparable services in Las Vegas.
The final amount was not clearly disclosed before the service was completed. Transparent pricing is essential for customers to make informed decisions.
I would appreciate a full itemized breakdown of the charges and an explanation of how the total of $740 was calculated. I would also ask the company to review this invoice to determine whether a pricing adjustment or partial refund is appropriate.
Very professional and quick. Never knew how good my floors could look again! Highly recommend and will be using them again in the next 6-12 months for a touch up.
We have dogs and this is the best cleaning of our carpet that we have ever had. The spots did not return, there was no offensive lingering odor, the carpet was soft to touch and it dried very fast. Thank you.

I paid for deep carpet restoration and some spots were missed. Maybe just taking extra time on the hotspots or taking extra time to ensure hotspots are all taken care of
Excellent service from our technician Daniel. He was on time and thorough. We had some dog pee stains, and he gave us his recommendation for cleaning that area. We didn’t feel that he was upselling, because Daniel gave us the options and we made the decision. We also had spindle chair cleaned, and he worked hard to get out the stains. There were a couple stains that he couldn’t get out, but it wasn’t for lack of trying. The cleaning solution has a pleasant smell, not chemical smelling. We will use them again and ask for Daniel.
