I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with my most recent appt. I don't even know where to begin of how frustrated I am.
I was scheduled for my appt on Friday March 7th for carpet cleaning with an ETA from 2pm-5pm. I received a call from Jayden a technician at around 12:42pm asking if he could come in earlier since he had free time. Unfortunately, I was not home so I told him I couldn't and would have to wait for my ETA from 2pm and forward. He stated that was fine and not an issue. I was getting concerned at around 4pm that no one had shown up to my home yet. However, I continued to wait. Once it reached 5pm, I called the office to find out what happened to the technician for not arriving between 2pm-5pm and received a message stating that the office was closed. I then noticed I got an email stating that my appointment was cancelled. I immediately called Jayden since he had called earlier. He mentioned he did not know what happened as he did not request a cancellation, he mentioned he will call the office and get back to me. Minutes later, he called me back to inform that since the office was closed, that he will make sure to call first thing in the morning to see what can be done.
On Saturday at around 7:31am, I received a text from Jayden asking to call the office to get a tech out that day. I called the office and a nice lady answered but was not sure what was going on and stated she would pass the info to her manager for me to get a callback. About an hour and half later I texted Jayden telling him that no one had called me back. His message stated "There's nothing really much I can do maam. I called the office and explained the whole situation. I have no control over anything else. I do apologize". I then called the office again and was told there is no possible way to get someone out that day. I told the lady that answer how upset I was because not only was I left waiting for my appointment, I got a no call no show.
This has caused me a huge impact because not only did I moved my furniture twice because I had moved everything for the Friday appointment and had to move everything back that nice as everything was pilled on my bed and dresser. but when I got Jaydens text on Saturday morning, I did the whole moving of my furniture again to make sure it was set in case the tech showed up. I explained to the lady that I was counting on this cleaning of my carpet because I was having visitors from California for a baby shower and my family members were going to stay in my home. It was such an embarrassment to receive my family members with a very dirty carpet that I had scheduled services for.
Very dissatisfied. I will not be recommending you guys anymore.

Steve did a great job at cleaning the carpets. He was very professional and the finished results turned out better than I expected. I definitely would use your services again.

The cleaning service provided was timely, thorough, and addressed all aspects of the cleaning process. The use of a biodegradable spray to break down enzymes was particularly beneficial for maintaining a pet-friendly environment. Immediately after the service, there was a noticeable improvement in air quality and a pleasant texture to the rugs.
The team was efficient, completing the job within a reasonable timeframe, and they followed up to address any concerns. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the extensive work performed throughout the entire home. The results of their quality work continue to be evident days after the cleaning.

Zerorez is the best service for carpet cleaning around. They are efficient, and knowledgeable, and honest. My carpet is very clean now. I will be using them again soon for the duct cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning. Thank you and Thank you to the tech, Richie.

I liked that no overly harsh chemicals were used, yet a deep clean of my floors was still possible.
I had three recliners and an area rug cleaned. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again.
I still can smell dog pee in the carpet and even do I was charge to remove the smell

Tech did a good job, but chipped the paint on a outside corner of our hallway wall with the hose.
