Tech did a good job, but chipped the paint on a outside corner of our hallway wall with the hose.

Loved the tech. Very nice & personable. The rug-very little change in how it looked. Im disappointed. While i didnt expect it to look like new i did expect it to look much cleaner as no shoes have ever been worn on it. Oh well, thank you anyway.

I had some small stains I expected to be removed and they were not. I ended up buying a cleaner at the store and doing it myself. Pretty disappointing. Makes me wonder how any part of my carpets got cleaned properly.

This past Friday had two area rugs and a long runner and 4 door mats done charged me 384
When I said that was ridiculous he said the man that did my carpets before didn’t charge properly
Is that my problem and now he needs to correct the situation and over charge me? I get my carpets done 2x a year from you for the last at least 8 years I just think more consistent

The carpet cleaner did such a great job. He was on time, and did the job in a timely manner. My dog practically ruined my carpet and he made it all clean and it looks like new and the dog urine smell is no more! I'm so happy with your services my carpets always look so amazing afterwards and your customer service is off the charts.

Travis was very polite, explained everything, Knew his job and did it very well. He got out spots that I didn't think would ever come out.

I wanted carpets cleaned.
It was simple to make an appointment. After a single phone call of about 2 minutes I had an appointment date that suited me and an exact cost.
The service man called ahead of the scheduled time to let us know he was on his way.
He came at the exact time he said he would.
He was friendly and personable and made sure he knew what I needed and asked about any areas needing special attention.
He protected any areas of the house the hoses might bang against.
He worked hard during the cleaning process and made sure I checked his work was done to my satisfaction, and gave me advice about drying time and being safe with a damp carpet.
Payment was by any means I wanted - Check, credit card or cash.
Overall I was completely satisfied with the process and result.
