The carpet looks new
I was looking for a company that could clean my three recliners without chemicals. I found zerorez through a web search. I was very impressed and would definitely use their services again. They were able to come out the next morning. The price was extremely reasonable, the technician arrived well within the window provided, and my chairs look great!

I was expecting a short dry time and even with open windows it took a full day. The technicians were nice, cleaned up behind themselves, but maybe they were too hasty in their cleaning? I don't know, but it definitely was not dry after 6 hrs..
Also I thought the tile and grout cleaning service would lighten the grout but I didn't see a difference at all. I did a small bathroom to see if I should clean the tile flooring throughout the rest of my house, but I don't think it would be worth it.

The honest assessment of the situation and thorough customized service based on that assessment was just what was needed to make sure that all the layers of gunk was identified, excavated and removed with speed and efficiency. Definitely worth it and very glad it for such a clean option!

I like that you call to tell me how long before your there. He was very prompt. He told us everything that he was doing & if something needed more attention. Also at the end asked about setting up a call back for the next cleaning. He was very courteous.
