Price was good. Didn't get up as much dirt in the high traffic area as I had hoped. Also, was told 4-6 hours to dry. It took two whole days.

Despite being told on the phone that I would get a first appointment of the day, that clearly did not happen. Second, the cleaner showed up late. Third the cleaner parked in the middle of the parking lot in a way that maximally obstructed neighbors. When I asked the clear if he could re-orient so that he would only block me in (with his van still just as close), he refused. Fourth the cleaner left the carpet so wet that it took over 6 hours to dry with fans and AC (twice as long as the previous time). AVOID Zeorez, all they want is your money. They do not practice customer service.

Service was done very very fast very neat gentlemen knew exactly what he was doing very considerate very thorough in his his job.

They showed up when they said they would. The rugs look great! I think they did a great job.

The people that come here are very pleasant. Explain everything before they start. I had my ducts and dryer done Saturday. The floor dudes are back today.

Your young man was a true delight. Went over what needed to be done. I told him I didn't expect a lot because these carpets have been in since 1992 but cannot afford vinyl just yet. Told him I have a machine and clean it all the time but it needs a professional.

The carpets came out beautiful. Just love looking at them. They look so fresh and revived.

You gave me a quote of 180 and charge me 475 and performed service that we told your guys that we did not want. When it came time to pay we could not see and invoice which was presented on an iPhone to small to read. I’m going to reach out to abuse of seniors to report your deception and unethical conduct I will never use your service again and will go on social media to make sure others are are aware of your conduct

I always go with Zerorez when i get my carpet cleaned. And Im going to reschedule for my tile to be cleaned. Steve was an awesome tech in doing my carpet. my downstairs is tile and now i want him to come back for that. The dirt doesn't come back so fast with zerorez and the protectant is way helpful. They are number 1, in my book!
