I really like that you use a water technology instead of a lot of chemicals. The carpet looks great when you’re done and it doesn’t pick up dust as fast as other carpet cleaning companies. The carpet cleaner did an amazing job
The team didn't show up when scheduled. Actually, the didn't show up at all. I tried calling the ZeroRez office that evening, but because it was after regular business hours I could only leave a message, but still 3 days after nobody has called me back. My rep is on vacation this week, so I couldn't reach him at the time of scheduled service. I'm hoping to hear from him next week after he returns to work to resolve the no-show.

The floors have not been cleaned for as long as anyone can remember and the building is 22 years old. By the time it was completed they looked almost brand new. Friendly salesman and techs.

Carpet not clean to much water poor job The stair not clean in corners I’m very disappointed in the service technician work was sloppy carpet so wet. Didn’t dry til unable to use stairs due to too much water Sorry I was unable to view his work but very wet
