Was on time and very professional give that kid a promotion! Have been using you all since I bought the house in 16 carpets always look new.
The tech that came to the house was great, however i specifically picked the service that matched a price point in could afford, based on how many rooms i had. The tech gets there, and of course he says he can’t do the one we chose, it has to be a more expensive one. I didn’t really have a choice because it was needed for move out, and it cost me $188 dollars more than planned.
Yes.. they did a great job and I'm fully satisfied with the results. Thank you and i will surely recommend your company to my families and friends..

for a couple days after the duct cleaning white paint or stucco chips came through the vents... perhaps this is normal. No way to feel any difference - but I'm sure the treatment removed a lot of accumulated dust... this

It was supposed to be three rooms at $100. I got my loft for $52 stairs for $80 what happened to the other two rooms? Just trying to understand what went wrong.

We had such a great experience with Zerorez. From booking our appointment to our actual service, the company was quick to respond. They were on time and did a great job on our carpets. We wanted to do three rooms which included our loft as well as our stairs. The technician was patient with our questions and answering quickly on cost impact and did the job thoroughly and pretty fast. Our carpets looks so clean and dried in around 5 to 6 hours depending on the area. You're so happy with our service!
