Steve w/Zerorez was out to my home to clean some rather dirty carpets. After allowing carpets to dry I noticed that 1 room had numerous spots that looked like either the cleaning wand had a mind of its own or Steve was actually blind. KNOWING that Steve wasn't blind I called and asked to have this issue looked at to determine if they would reclean it. Steve returned to my home and he agreed, the end result was not acceptable and room was recleaned and now it's as beautiful as the others. THANK YOU STEVE!!! And to the manager/owner of this Zerorez please know that STEVE IS 1000% RIGHT, THE RIGHT WAND MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!!! Hopefully they will truly listen to the Techs that ACTUALLY USE THE EQUIPMENT and are on the front lines dealing with customers.

Like not using soap

I like that you let me know before hand the price of the service. I feel the cleaning is a deeper more thorough cleaning. It also dries quickly.
Will not use anyone else.

Your salesman tried to sell me more than i wanted. And changed the price on the initial. From $33 to 45. I had to explian and protect myself his car salesman deal. I wont use you guys again. Sad. I like the system and your cleaning
Major did a great job on our carpets and tile floors. He was an excellent communicator and was on time for the appointment. He explained and provided good information throughout the cleaning process. We have used Zerorez before, but this time it was just a very excellent job well done. Major was courteous and respectful.

Hey! Tracey was a great guy, so I hope this doesn't get him personally in trouble. But my wood floors were soaking wet with soapy water after he cleaned the sectional couch. It took a lot of moping and drying for me to clean it up, but there is still some residue left. I was pretty disappointed with that. The couch is good, but, man, there was a mess to clean up on my nice wood floors.
After the carpet and area rugs dried they really looked great. Very happy with the outcome.
