When I walked into my home the carpets looked great and there was no odor of any kind! Carpet cleaning chemicals used by other companies are hard to handle.

The couch still had food and stains on it that then I had to clean myself. I did call back to let them know though and they were very understanding and are sending someone back out. I just wish it could have been done right the first time as it is a lot of money.

They get carpets/flooring cleaner than any other company has be used. Prices are great. Tech was clean and was careful about anything he could hit with the cords.

We have used ZeroRez for a few years and have always been satisfied with their service. We tried their offer of 100sf of tile grout cleaned and were impressed with the results! Will use next time in other tiled areas in our home.
