Th e pricing is totally unfair and changes with the wind.
The nice young man that came to my house was fabulous he did a good job on the couch and rug.
The bad thing was they left dirt and water residue all over the floor in the living room and bedroom I had to redo all the floors with vinegar and water to get it up nothing was put down to protect the floors when the couch and rugs were done.

Service is on time and very affordable for the whole house cleaning. I like that they used a citrus scent on the rugs. My whole house smells soooo clean and fresh. I also like that the quality of the cleaning is above others. I have used zerorez in the past and will continue to use them for the cleaning of my tile and carpets. Thank You again.

1 service person is unreasonable and not fair to the customer. I spent hours moving everything back and forth so that the person could clean. If I wanted to do all that work I would have cleaned my carpet and tiles myself Instead of spending $400. Also the service person spent way too long trying to get me to spend $800 for a carpet and tile clean. That amount of money is absurd to clean a small condo like I have.

Eric (I believe was his name), was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked with all my requests and gave me good deals on all the services I needed done. Took a little longer than stated, but that was ok. My only concern is that I paid for the highest cleaning service because I am guessing these carpets had not been properly cared for in a long time. I rent and have only been here 6 months, so I have no prior knowledge of the previous tenants upkeep. With that said, there was still a slight trace of the odor that made me call in the first place. I am not blaming that on the company, more the lack of care from the property owner and previous tenants.
