I was hoping the dark spots of the carpet would be gone the next day. If like to get rid of them if possible.

No soap or scents!
You did not disappoint us--we just do not usually suggest community services to others as we want to avoid their whining about it. :)

The scheduling window is too wide. A 2 hour window with a 15 to 30 minute notification would be more appropriate.

Best carpet cleaning we've experienced here in the valley.
I like the lack of chemicals, the friendly and on time technician, Roy. I also liked how soft and clean my carpets get from the treatment, and the Spotter cleaner works great.
Every time my dogs get my carpets filthier than I think is possible to clean ....you guys to the rescue!!!

Friendly staff and great service
I have used your business prior to this time and first Tech before was great. I did not appreciate this tech leaving my rocks in my front landscaping all messed up from the hoses; the carpet was much more wet than last time and took way too long to dry; the residue left on my tile outlining my carpet was ridiculous! So sticky! My grout was white & we had to scrub it off the grout. I did not have that mess when the first tech came to my house. Obviously the tech that cleaned our carpet on August 8th was either in a hurry or does not have much pride. Please find out who did my carpet the first time around & only allow him to come do my carpets. I would appreciate that. Thank you. Name removed

The carpet has never looked better! The gentlemen who came to my home were very informative and let me know what they were doing thanks for a job well done.
I wasn't happy about waiting like you are the able company. But the guy performing the work was personable and my carpet has never been as thoroughly cleaned. Five stars!

your company advertises much more than it delivers! Your high prices are obviously for nothing more than to pay for expensive ads on radio and television! My carpet could have been cleaned just as well by a self-owned small company. I could not be morre disapointed or disgusted. Your ZEROREZ Company is a lot of big HYPE and does not deliver. I will tell everyone I know not to use your services and what a major rip-off ZEROREZ is. If anyone says they are thinking of using your company or product, I will tell them not to.
The fact that there is no soap in the carpet and how fresh and clean my carpet is when you are done.
Always respectful, helpful and thoughtful when coming in to clean our carpet.
Better availability on short notice
When the job was done,which took the technician about 20 minutes,we took a towel and wiped the carpet and it was dirty. Would not recommend your company to anyone!!!
zero residue
My tech was polite and nice, however I was not informed that the 1-2 inch areas around the baseboards of the carpet would cost more to clean, and therefore those areas were not done. When I called two days later to let Zerorez know that I was not happy with the fact that the area was not cleaned, I was informed, rudely I might add, that that area was consider a dust collection area and that to clean it would take a special treatment. I told him I was not told that, that I expected it to be cleaned, as I consider it part of cleaning the carpet. When I asked again if it would be extra, he said "that is what I just told you". When I asked how much it would cost, he informed me that it would be determined when they came back. My husband and I got on our hands and knees and have cleaned the area with a ChemDry solution. I am very disappointed that cleaning the 1-2 inch area by the baseboard is not part of Zerorez's general carpet cleaning process, and I believe for the price I paid to get my carpets cleaned, I should have gotten the whole carpet cleaned. I will add that all 3 rooms were cleared by us of all furniture. Zerorez cab make things right by cleaning the areas at no extra cost, & in the future make sure that customers are made aware that this cleaning is extra.
