Your staff is what my husband and I like best about your company. Your service associates are so thorough and knowledgeable. Also, they are very hard workers and so friendly and personable. The young man who worked all by himself cleaning all of our carpets never stopped the whole time he was in our home. He was very professional. We would like to thank you for the wonderful service you supply to your customers. You have serviced our home many times over the years and we are always amazed at how wonderful our carpets look after they have been cleaned by your wonderful cleaning system. $250 for a sofa seems overpriced. I was also not impressed with the cleaning job on my area rug.

It’s so easy to schedule and there are so many time options available, and they are very communicative with pricing and what to expect. I just also love the product and that it really cleans your carpets without leaving any soap behind and it’s fast when they’re doing it and it’s fast to dry. We had a great technician and everything went really well.
