It’s so easy to schedule and there are so many time options available, and they are very communicative with pricing and what to expect. I just also love the product and that it really cleans your carpets without leaving any soap behind and it’s fast when they’re doing it and it’s fast to dry. We had a great technician and everything went really well.
Your service people are so well-trained I’m so friendly
I am very pleased with the look of the carpet after the service by Cory. This was my first time using Zerorez and will use this service and ask for Cory again. I appreciated that he called and let me know his estimated time of arrival and he identified himself again at the door. I also appreciated that he explained everything to me as he inspected the carpet, told me what he would be doing and gave me an option of applying the fiber protectant. He did not act like a car salesman and I did not feel pressured. Thank you Zerorez and thank you Cory.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the technicians and how quickly they come in, set up and complete the job, no matter how you have to clean. The efficiency in general of the company is great. I also like that the rooms smell light and fresh after cleanings. I recommend Zerorez to anyone I know needing service and I would also recommend Mr. Dontae as a technician. He has great customer service and smiles before, during and after the job is completed! Awesome tech! Keep doing what you do Zerorez!!!

excellent results cleaning heavily soiled carpets-
Will and trainee Jasper were polite, friendly and professional. Called in advance, came on time, gave estimate and was able to stay and complete the cleaning (tiles). They explained what they were doing, helped me move heavy objects and did a great job. I bragged about them on my Facebook page and have a referral already.
Ethan was my technician, and he did a very thorough job. For my five small rooms, he spent a little over an hour and a half.I even had a couple of spots that I didn’t think would come out, but Ethan removed them. I am very satisfied.
I love that you don't use soap. Always professional staff sent to me that are friendly and knowledgeable and always extra careful around my home with their equipment. Zerorez is truly the only carpet cleaner's to use in my opinion.

Our front entrance is stained somehow. The agent cleaned it but now it left behind a strange orange/brown stain on it. Also the heavy used areas of our home aren’t as clean as I expected. I had a different company schedule to come and clean our home the same day as I ended up scheduling with Zerorez, but I cancelled them thinking Zerorez would be better.
