The carpets were not super soft after cleaning, but rather on the crunchy side (unlike your commercials state). I do have to say that the technician (Jake) did a super job on my lift chair and he was very professional and courteous.

Prices are a little high and closets aren’t even considered part of a bedroom! I would rather pay by square footage or by the hour. Two of the bedrooms are tiny with big furniture in them and would only need one swipe around the bed frame, yet would cost the same as my master bedroom. Not quite right. Every time we asked a question it was answered with that will cost more! The cleaning was nice, but I felt nickeled and dimed for sure.
