Excellent product and service. I love the chemical free clean, lack of smell and the efficient way the cleaning was handled. The service techs were great at explaining everything about why the carpet was the way it was, length of time scotch guarding lasts and other tips to keep the carpet looking its best.

Traditionally Zerorez has been very good. However, this time I was not around when they cleaned the carpets. I came back to boot tracks all over the entry tile and carpet fuzz balls matted together on the entry way tile (debris from cleaning?). In the past the couch was moved to clean under it. This time it was not. It's not a heavy piece of furniture. There were also two chairs on casters that were put back on the wet carpet. When I came in on Monday the casters had left an impression in the carpet. Hoping that recovers. There's a reason I have my employees remove all the chairs and put them on the tile. Bottom line: please pay more attention to the after-carpet cleanup. Small details, but it would have only taken a few moments to wipe down the tile where you left tracks.
It didn't take long and it wasn't very expensive.
Cleaned a carpet that had never been professionally cleaned in 10 years and made it look brand new.
I was amazed at the finished product. Old stains, including ink, rust and ground in dirt were completely removed. An extra plus, was the area dried very quickly and didn't even feel wet after they just finished...damp yes, wet, not really.

Zerorez-Great carpet cleaners! The BEST we've ever used!! Not soaking wet and no rez!!! They remove the hard water being used and use a natural company made cleaner...omgoodnes it's wonderful.

It took much longer to dry than I was told. He left about 12:30pm, and the carpet was still wet when I went to bed at 10:00pm.
Also, now that it has dried and I am back to normal life walking on it, I find that it appears not much improvement, if any, to the look of the tracked marks. They still look dirty.
No need to try to "make it right".
