We had tile, wood and carpet cleaned and were extremely satisfied with the work. The crew were courteous and the work was perfect, in particular the wood and tile surfaces were better than new.

I received a courtesy call with arrival in 15 - 20 minutes.
He wore shoe protectors and face mask throughout the entire process

I don't get the hype about Zerorez. I had the carpets done at my rental property after tenants with pets moved out. I explained the specific need for pet odor removal and was upsold on the bio treatment in every room. Even with the upgrade the carpets still smelled. Waste of time, effort and $.I had better results with just getting odor removal products from Target.
Good service and follow up
I first of all liked the fact that we did a walk through. We discussed the traffic area and age of carpet. He thoroughly explained the procedure step by step, He also gave me some
options that I agreed to have.
He was a hard worker with no breaks. He clearly did an excellent job. He surprised me of what he could accomplish with a 30 year old carpet,
I would, without hesitation, recommend Zerorez for everyone.
I will also tell my friends to use this company.
Very professional
I am disappointed with a couple areas. Spots that did not come out that did come out in other places. I feel like it could have be pre-treated & there would have been a better chance of the rest of them coming out. It was the mail reason for the cleaning that day. Another area was an area rug which I agreed to clean around furniture, but some area were totally missed & even though the tech said he didn't charge me, that's not what I wanted. I really feel a better job could have been done. I feel like I need to call another company to finish the job.

The carpets were cleaned incorrectly they were left wet they were cleaned at 9 am and at 2AM they were still wet. I get on all fours and my hand gets wet and my pants are wet at the knees. How could the dirt be extracted if the water wasn't. My house smells very musty and damp. I had to go to wall mart and by a couple floor fans to help dry it despite running the heat and AC. I had to change positions of the fans all night so sleep. I reached under the carpet at the junction of the tile and carpet and the pad was extremely wet. I have used you many times and i know that by late afternoon they should be dry. My house smells musty and horrible upstairs
Michael was very professional, Informed and worked in a timely manner. He was great, I spent more than I planned with his sales skills but I’m happy with the job. Carpet is so smooth and clean I slipped in my socks. Looks and feels brand new.

Second year with Zerorez and second year with excellent results. Our tech, John, very outgoing, courteous and knowledgeable of your product. Took all of one and three quarter hours to complete house of three bedrooms of carpet and tile throughout the remainder of house. Highly recommend and definitely use in the future.
