Very nice young man, very quick and very thorough!
The team came at the latest possible time during their 3 hour time frame. They also said a receipt would be mailed to me, but one never was.
Erick, our service technician was professional, on time, and very friendly. Explain every thing to us in detail while doing the initial walk through with not trying to add on extra items. Had many other carpet cleaning services this one is the best. Carpets dry quickly and pet stains removed. Carpets look great.
I wanted to use zerorez for my carpets because I heard zerorez used or did cleaning of carpets with hardly any water, that was not the case I couldn't walk on my carpets for six hours, my tech also offered for a price to do my tile floors 600.00 later the job was done I thought that was a lot of money. The only reason I needed my carpets clean is that my husband was very sick and he had bowel movements on my carpets. So while he was at the hospital I thought that would be a good idea to have the house clean. If you want to talk this over my cell number is Phone number removed.

Your products are great and it really cleans and dries so fast. All your techs are professional and polite and neat looking and have their badge visible and arrive on time and walk the premise with you to be sue you know what you are getting and then tell you what else you could have and why and then give you the real price which always matches your advertising. You get more than what you pay for along with courtesy. They are careful to tell you where there might be some wet spots and most times wipe it before they go. Very satisfied and will always recommend you to others.

I have used zerorez for several years now and have never been disappointed.
Service person could have been friendlier. He did the minimum required, but the major stain that was my chief complaint in the first place was still visible.
I don't remember the two gentlemen who cleaned our carpets but the were both very nice, patient and did a wonderful job. I plan on using zerorez again and would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Fast, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable staff and great service. I had never used them before and was checking the internet for someone to do my 15 year old living room carpet that was a mess. After reading many reviews I decided to give them a try and was more than satisfied. My carpets were more than satisfactorily cleaned and look great. The whole cleaning process took less than two hours and we’re dry in less than eight hours.
I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
My Zerorez Technicians are always so courteous and efficient. And our carpets look like new once they finish the cleaning process. I would highly recommend!

We were pleased with the job that Ray did on old carpet in a rental house we are moving into, but we were rather surprised that our bill doubled because we also had 3 5x7 throw rugs done and were charged $130 extra just for the rugs! That’s the same amount we were charged for a master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. Just seems a little steep for something that I don’t believe even took ten minutes. Just want to also mention that Ray was very prompt, polite, and informative. Thank you!

I like that you do not put soap into the rug and they are softer when you are done. Personnel are very curtious.
