I had not had my carpets cleaned in about ten years... The Rep was very nice and respectful and went right to work .. a lot of set up before he actually got started. I like the quality of cleaning done no black line along the wall like I was worried about. I had a couple places that had been stained for probably years .. so also concerned about that. The carpet doesn't look brand new, but I am very happy with the results. I had a late afternoon appointment so the carpet in places took overnight to dry which was not a problem for me. I followed the reps instructions to only walk on wet carpet bare foot or with clean socks. My carpet is 20 years old. I'm so glad I bought quality carpet when I bought my house.. It has really paid off. With results like what I got I don't have to buy new carpet. That's what I was hoping for.
I will have them do my carpet again. I definitely recommend Zerorez.

Clean the floor thoroughly. A residue was left on the floor. I have washed the flloor 3 times so far. The service person was here a little over 1 hour and I was charged $427.00. That is outrageous
My off-white carpet has black smeared marks.

Need 2 technicians so customers don't need to move furniture on their own. If not, it should be made clear prior to appointment that furniture movement is the customer's responsibility.
My carpet needed attention! When Michael arrived and saw the carpet, he agreed. We agreed on price and began. A tool was brought out, looked like a vacuum, and what a job it did!! I'm in a wheelchair and the wheels make black marks on carpet...gone. Lipstick, blood, entryway areas all perfectly cleaned. My carpet looks new! Michael was extraordinary! Professional, personable, hardworking, proud, and remembered her had been at my address before...a few years back. I have always used Zerorez and will certainly continue to do so.\!
Rep called to let me know he was on his way. Went through what needed to be done with me. Explained the process and made recommendations. He worked quickly and did a great job.
I've used Zerorez for my wool carpet for years. Recently my dogs left a stain that I couldn't get up on my own and I thought I should throw in the towel and replace the carpet with wood flooring. Zerorez came out and saved the day. The stain is gone.
First, let me say that Ethan was a very nice and professional young man. I would recommend him to anyone. Hopefully the rest of your techs are competent as he is.
For as old as our carpet is, it turned out fabulous. Ethan got out some stains I thought we'd never get rid of.
We will use Zerorez again and will request Ethan also.
