Quick and efficient! A little disappointed that they didn’t do a deep cleaning of the one bedroom carpet (the most trafficked areas).

Hello. My husband called to schedule a car seat cleaning. After explaining that we had car seats that were stained and we were looking to have the stains removed. He was initially quoted $150. He was apprehensive because this was higher than we had expected but he was reassured that they could come out and check to see if they would even be able to get the stains out and that he would not be charged if they weren't able to. When the appointment time arrived the tech showed up and didn't even have the right equipment for car seats. He came expecting to clean carpets. This was where we began to lose trust in the service. Next he quoted my husband a higher rate, stating that there was a $12 call out fee, plus $160 cleaning fee, plus an additional stain remover fee. All resulting in a $210 cost. My husband explained the cost he was quoted and the tech took the price down to $170. We decided that the tech was already there and we should go ahead with the service. The tech only spent about 30 minutes on the seats and said he was finished. After they have dried they are not much better. (I can include pictures). I am most disappointed because we feel like this whole experience was a sales trap. I understand that the end result might not be what we hoped but paying more than quoted and having the tech show up unprepared is very unprofessional. From this experience we will not be using this company again and I also won't be referring anyone to you.

Last Thursday I had my Safavieh cloth tufted bed and matching bench cleaned by Zerorez and I am deeply disappointed with the end result. I paid almost $300 for my bed and bench to look permanently stained. I don’t understand how or why both my bed and bench have these stains on them from whatever they used. At first I thought it was just that the water needed to dry but 48 hours later I knew something was not right. I am so sad I paid to ruin my beautiful champagne tufted bed and bench that I truly adored. I considered paying another company to come out and clean my bed all over again. I don’t know what to do. I just can’t recommend them right now…😔😭

I have always been pleased with how clean my carpets are and your employees are always so professional.
You need to SEE how bad my carpet looks today since it's dried. However, a technician is coming out Saturday to fix it I hope. There are stains on my carpet where there were none prior to the cleaning. I vacuumed my carpet today with my Rainbow vacuum cleaner. The water was black, and my carpet was just cleaned the day before. We've only had socks on or booties over our shoes. As such, there's NO reason the water should've been black less than 24 hours later. I'm very disappointed with the appearance of my carpet.

No strong chemical odors, only a mild shampoo fragrance. Minimal moisture allows carpets to dry within a few hours after cleaning.
Technicians are always prompt & courteous.

The tech listened to my concerns about the condition of my carpet and recommended what I could do to extend the life of the carpet. He took his time to clean the carpet and removed the stains to the best of his ability.
