The carpet looks absolutely amazing. Braiden did a fantastic job throughout the entire house. He was meticulous and professional. It was also sweet for him to be concerned about my daughter's (and two cats') reactions to the noise the cleaning would produce.

The customer service from Mekel was Outstanding . My floors are cleaner than they have ever been in a long time . He wasn’t one of those pushy sales men but did make recommendations that I did agree to add and glad we did ! Will be using them again and requesting him to do the service
