The first time I called you the carpets looked great!! but the clean lasted only a month and some of the spots starting popping up again. The second time, some of the spots are popping up already in two days. I am quite unhappy. But we will see what happens, I might be calling you back in a couple of days.

Richie did a great job cleaning my 10 year old, very dirty carpet. It looked almost new when he got done. He was able to come even a little earlier than expected which worked great for me. The carpet dried pretty quickly compared to other cleaning services I’ve used before. I am very pleased with my ZeroRez experience!

Service took like 8 minutes max. Employee was kind. The service was just mediocre for the amount I spent. $102 for my living room floor to be “done” in 5 minutes. There’s still a scent left over from before the cleaners came. I used a different carpet cleaner before and they completely got the smell out and I paid them $158. I should’ve trusted my gut and went with the other, more thorough company.
I like the professionalism, they will call before they're on the way to your location. The Zerorez team is courteous and respectful of your property. I like that they use Zwater for their cleaning which has no harmful chemicals. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.
