It would have been helpful if the technician had put the bench back on the floor and moved the teeter table back into the bedroom. Other than that I was very happy with the job done.
I was told that the protectant seal would help with pet issues. It doesn't. Your company agreed to redo the affected portions of my carpet and that is scheduled for tomorrow.

Very flexible. Worked with us on date of Svc. Even day of Svc as I was stuck in Vegas traffic. The appointment was super professional and quick. I mean 2 bdrms Flight of Stairs and 8’x6’ Area rug in 45 minutes. Looks great. Very happy.

Ad pricing is deceptive - $12 service fee? and per room price was $2 higher than quoted. Additional cost for treatment/scrubbing was a usual upsell...
I actually had to shampoo my carpet the next day because the pet smells that I wanted gone were still there. I understand that some animal smells are difficult to clean however, it was still pretty bad. I cleaned the carpet myself and got the stains out. Wish I could have done that myself in the first place and saved myself over $200.
I give Brandon in Las Vegas Nevada five stars he was very pleasant and professional he went above and beyond I'm very pleased my couch looks like new.

The gentleman who came to clean our carpets and futon did an excellent job. He even vacuumed our carpets before he started the cleaning job! He was also very friendly and pleasant to speak to and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again to clean our carpets!
