Well, I already did a review but I guess I can indulge in one more. The service is great, the technician Will was knowledgeable and down earth. A pleasant young man. ZeroRez’s process is the best. We’ve been using them for 6 or 7 years and their steam cleaning process leaves no residue and the carpets stay cleaner longer. Thanks ZeroRez, once again, job well done!!!

A mess was made of my oriental carpet and, when the technician came back to look at it, he blamed the carpet. What was once two tones is now four tones plus and there are streaks from the cleaning. He did offer to reclean but i don't want your equipment anywhere near that rug.
The technicians are always on time and do a great job
First, it was very simple to schedule. The team was very courteous and on time and was very through in reviewing our options. They did a great and fast job cleaning our carpets and tile. And it was very little odor - great job!

The technician was very professional and friendly. My problem was with pricing. My home is very clean and my 2 year old carpet to him seemed to be 5 months old , meaning it was VERY clean and I only wanted one specific area where my son’s dog had gotten an upset stomach and vomited that I was concerned with and didn’t go through to the padding so VERY little needed to be done for the price I paid. It would be nice to have special pricing for such minor jobs.
