The actual cleaning of the floor and tile was good. However, our walls on the stairs are all scratched up. There are lines on several steps where the paint was rubbed away when the carpet was being cleaned. I am able to provide photos. The paint was normal and not removed before the cleaning. I am not happy with the service because our stairs actually look worse now compared to before the cleaning even though the carpet itself is now clean.
The technician, RJ, was very professional, helpful and informative. Carpet was cleaned exceptionally well and exceeded my expectations.

The product precedes itself. We already knew it was an A-plus product based on the recommendations from others who've used the service. However, we were most impressed by the technician who serviced our rental, Andrew L. It is a rare treat to have someone who is not all about himself in addition to the service. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient, observant, and so sure of his capability and his faith in the service that we knew we have found our permanent go-to for future carpet cleaning projects. So glad y'all here in Las Vegas. We will recommend you to our friends and family. Thanks!
