Since I moved into my home in June 2004 I have used only Zerorez for carpet cleaning. My carpet, 18 years later, is still like new. There is very little carpet wearing, the color, of course, has lightened which is not a problem, and the carpet is still soft. I must add that I do not wear shoes in the house, and I have one cat and one dog. I lucked out when I bought my home that the carpet was unusually of prime quality, but the cleaning method Zerorez uses is superb. I have never used any other carpet cleaning company. I will close my thoughts by saying the near majority of the men performing the cleaning were superb as well. The cleanings last at least a year.

I had my dispatcher call for my business, we have a little less than 500 square feet of carpet in our office that needed cleaning, there's not usually anyone there, the carpet is only six months old, we had a spot where one of my techs spilled a drink that would need a little extra cleaning, but other than that an easy job. Since you've been cleaning my house for a for several years now, I had her call you first. She was told you needed to give an estimate first, so I had my wife call you and explain we needed our carpets at the office cleaned NOT AN ESTIMATE, after your team resisted they finally agreed to come out without doing an estimate. The next day your estimator called my dispatcher and told her he needed to see the carpet before they could come clean them, so she had to meet him. He showed up on time, my dispatcher showed him what we needed, and then he turned into a f#@%ing used car salesman, you need the bathroom floor cleaned, you need the runner rugs cleaned, and even wandered into my warehouse to see if he could find anything else to clean, I can assure there's nothing out there that needed cleaning. My dispatcher told him we needed cleaning and scotch guard so just write the estimate for that. He sent me the estimate I approved it then your cleaning team came out and did their normal perfect job. I love the work you techs do but I can tell you most businesspeople don't have time for these silly games, have your techs do the upselling it looks a lot better from a customers perspective.

I knew it was going to be pricey but I didn’t mind because according to your ads, you guys use state of the art equipment and show a before and after to the customer. I am very disappointed I didn’t get to see a before or even an after since this was the reason I ended up choosing zerorez. Wouldn’t recommend since there are a bunch of other cheaper options that don’t advertise a before and after for the customer. This was the only thing I was looking forward to.
