Great service! Two men showed up, efficiently did their job leaving my carpet as clean as it can be.
This is by far the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. Our tech was amazing, hard working , efficient , and truly professional.

The crew did an excellent job shampooing the carpeted stairs. I was very pleased withe the tile and grout cleaning in our den, and hallway, but not satisfied in the kitchen area. After everything dried the kitchen area showed many stains that I felt could of been scrubbed with more attention to this area.
Professional workers and spent time till everything is clean!!! Highly recommended!!
Our rug looks great every time it is cleaned by zerorez.
I have always been happy with your service in the past, but this time there were issues that were a problem. Primarily, the carpet was "crunch" when dried, and there were a few places where the spots were not removed. These were not really problem spots, just normal dirt, and they should have been cleaned.
Your technician arrived well within the window of time scheduled. Very polite, helpful and professional. Our aging carpet looks great!

Marcus was awesome!! He called to let me know he was on his way. He went through a couple of options on cleaning my tile and gave me pros and cons. I didn’t feel pushed but rather helped make an informed decision. The results were FABULOUS!! I will request Marcus in the spring when I plan to clean my rugs. My recommendation would be that the people who answer the phone be more specific about pricing. For example one 10x12 rug is $180. Which brings me to another point. Why is an area rug cleaned in my house so much when my two 10x12 bedrooms only cost $102. That makes no sense to me and I was shocked when the very nice young man who cleaned my carpets told me the exact amount of my clean. I believe his name was Victor. He did an excellent job and was very nice and patient about me being upset about how much your company charges for area rugs cleaned in my home. Diane Last name removed
