The service was great. I submitted a request through the website and promptly received a call to discuss what I needed. The service estimate was detailed and the time with the technician was set up within my timeframe. The technician, JT, called in advance of his arrival, was on time, made sure the service aligned with my goals, and completed the work efficiently. I am pleased with the results and would use this service again.

I only went with Zerorez because I wanted to use the promotion I heard on the radio of $35 per room and a free hallway. While my appointment was booked with that promo for two rooms and a hallway, because they had to adjust to one room and a hallway because my full-room area rug didn't apply and I didn't want to pay an astronomical amount of money for them to haul it away to their offices to clean it there, they ended up charging me full price of $52 per room plus $35 PER ROOM for pet treatment if I wanted they to remove the pee smells. Needless to say, I paid almost double what I planned for and was quoted with and the worst part is they weren't even able to take the pee smell away without me upgrading to the $600+ "level 2" treatment that would clean all the way to the padding. I definitely wish I went with a different company I've used before that cleaned my pee carpets before successfully while also first including vacuuming (which Zerorez does not do) as well as cleaning all the way to the padding to remove the pet smell. Like, seriously, what does your pet treatment even do? Nothing! I could have done the exact same cleaning with my home carpet cleaner for free. I'm terribly disappointed and out a lot of money because now I have to hire a different company to start from scratch. So so disappointed after I had my hopes so high from the raving reviews. Blech. No.

Told tech that there were pee stains that needed attention and areas were pointed out. Never discussed any enzyme cleaners and just did the job. Carpet obviously still smells pee. Area manager keeps claiming tech would have discussed it if he knew. This was discuss on the original walk thru. Now after the inconvenience, we have to move the furniture again and have a tech come out a second time and be charged full price for a treatment? Not what I expected from this company

I can’t believe how clean my carpets were when they were done. There was a terrible spot in one of the bedrooms and they got it all our. Carpets were dry in a few hours

I could not believe the wonderful results and extra care that Michael and his cousin(co-worker) gave my tired old stained carpet and the four upholstered kitchen chairs. These look and feel new. These technicians in under one hour of very hard work gave our home a new lease on life. Thank you for your great products and pleasant, courteous staff. Well, what I liked the most was Steve M. He was funny, smart, personable and had endless new music suggestions for me. Honestly, two of the coolest workers who have ever done work at my house. They had fun, they worked quickly, they were perfectly professional but also personable, they did an amazing job, they were early, and they just made my day so great!
So far, I am impressed with how well the smell and stain have improved. I had my oriental rugs taken for a cleaning. I’m hoping those turn out as well.
I’ve been a loyal customer of zerorez since 2019 and over the past 4 years the price has significantly increased. I understand that our economy is struggling with the aftermath of the pandemic and inflation. However, in 2019 I paid $172 and now paying $350 for the same exact services. My home hasn’t changed, it’s the same square footage and I get the same stuff cleaned every time but the prices just keep rising. I’m hesitant to book another cleaning due to the increase in price.
We were always satisfied with the jobs that were done prior to this one. When I mentioned the stain from the floor fan that had dried out a water leak your man immediately started telling me that nothing could be done about it. I know that he sprayed a chemical down after cleaning, supposedly to brighten the spot but it did not work. The next day I used Spray & Wash and got most of it out. He also told me that the floors would take 4 to 6 hours to dry. We went to bed after 8 hours and the floors were still wet. Normally, when done before it only took 3 to 4 hours to dry completely. I noticed also that when I stepped on the tile floor after stepping on the carpet, it was extremely slick. He mentioned earlier that it would be slick, but this seemed like it was soapy slick like it had a residue. I will not stop using you guys but please send someone different next time.
I totally love and believe in the water process Zerorez uses. Your employee's are always very friendly and professional. And I feel the prices are right for the services I am getting
