Almost everything was fantastic! Your technician was friendly and did a great job. The only issue I have is the grout in the bathroom. Most of it looks good but you can tell the spots that were missed. This bathrooms tile is not old so I know that the grout can be cleaned pretty easily. I'm not really happy with the way it turned out.
I was stunned at how much you had raised your prices. Not sure if I will be using you again.
Attention to detail and quality of work. I was watching the tech doing the work. He missed a lot of the spot so I have to point out to him. If I hire someone for a job, I won't want to sit there and baby him/her all the time.

Quick, quiet, easy, nice people!
First and foremost, the carpets get clean! As crazy as it sounds, that rarely happens with carpet cleaning companies. It always happens with zero Rez! Secondly, every tech that has ever come to my house is courteous professional and friendly. Tracy was my technician two days ago and he was an excellent example of the professionalism you want when someone is coming into your home to clean.

Ethan did a great job on cleaning our carpets...even getting out the heavier dirt spots caused by spray carpet cleaner that left residue and attracted dirt....looks like new carpet and was dry in a few hours (left ceiling fans on to help)
Carpets are clean and dry quivkly.
Carpets were real bad and Michael did a good job. I like the way it looks now.

The rug was not as wet and was quicker to get dry. They also took the time to explain what they notice about the rug while they were cleaning, for example he mentioned there was a lot of soapy residue which could be destroying the under padding.
They were fine, no after smell.
I appreciated the nice service I received from the first phone call I made to order my carpet to be cleaned and the terrific service from the technician who came to do the cleaning. it took him only a couple of hours to do 3 rooms. My carpet now looks like it's brand new after he got done and it dried within a few hours. I'm now set for my holiday company.
