I hired your company to clean and remove dog urine odor from the carpet of the house I just purchased, and I was reassured your treatment would remedy "99%" of the problem. Granted, there is a one percent range that cannot be remedied. However, dog urine odor is far greater than one percent.
The first technician who performed the carpet treatment reassured me that I would no longer smell the odor even immediately after completion of the job. He was very confident your process would solve “99%” of the issue. I came back the next day after allowing the carpet to dry overnight, and I could not detect a change in the odor of the carpet. I called the Zerorez office and spoke to a rep who told me I would have to allow them an opportunity to apply a second treatment, and if that didn’t resolve the issue, the matter would be elevated to management.
The second technician who performed the carpet treatment just two days later also reassured me that his carpet treatment would remedy any remaining odor the first tech did not remove. He was also highly confident and said I “should not” smell the odor again. After allowing the carpet to dry overnight, I again went around every treated room to determine if I could smell dog urine in the carpet, and yes I smelled it. I sent an email and received a response from Brad who stated “Just wanted to let you know that our process isn't a guaranteed solution for removing urine odor.” So, who spoke the truth? The two techs who reassured me I would no longer smell the dog urine odor, or Brad?
I responded to Brad and asked what he could do for me based on the company statement “If you’re not completely and thoroughly satisfied with any aspect of your Zerorez service experience, please call us at Phone number removed so we can make it right.” Well, two days later I have not heard back from anybody at Zerorez. Apparently, they would like me (and the matter) to just go away. I paid $800 for the treatment, I’m dissatisfied, and Zerorez has not lived up to what they so proudly exclaim “High five! Your home is cleaner and healthier.”
