I love their service quick and clean fast drying
The guy that cleaned our carpets was awesome. He was friendly, informative, and talked me through the prices before starting. He was very transparent and took the time to stop between rooms to double check that the carpet looked like I needed. He gave me cleaning tips and made sure I was careful not to trip on the hoses or slipped on wet tile. NICE JOB!

Service tech seemed to rush and not do a thorough job. Carpet left not looking so great.
Have been using Zerorez for years. Love their service and expertise. They always do a great Job 👏🏻 Zach and Zayne were outstanding. Very happy with the cleaning of our air ducts and carpets.
The shop assistant manager was wondering if you were going to come back to finish the job because she was confused why it was left such a mess with a sloppy mop job that she could've done better herself and the floor would've have been cleaner if she mopped it. I'm confused too because I thought for the price I approved the quote so we could have clean floors and they are not clean. I didn't think you were tring to sell me on more cleaning but that's what I was told by our shop manager. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend you to anybody else if this is how you quote jobs and deliver such poor service.

Steven was the absolute best. What I like about Zerorez is the product speaks for itself but the people that do the work are the best around. You just can't beat that kind of combination.

I had two very stubborn stains, one was coffee, the other was a bunch of fruit that had fallen and it appeared to stain the white carpeting and he worked on it with a few different chemicals and managed to get it out it looks great!

Your service was great. When I called for an appointment, you got me scheduled at my convenience, your service man did an excellent job in no time at all. He estimated dry time as 4 to 6 hours and we were moving furniture back in after 5 hours. I will definitely use your service again when needed in the future.

No chemicals
First time trying your Service...we have used Stanley Steamer for last 20 years. Some stains on the carpet I figured they probably weren't going to come off all the way and THEY DID, like that there wasn't that chemical smell while he was working AND the fact the carpets dried within 6 hours. I will be calling in fact later today to set up appointment to come back and do another 3 rooms for us and hope we can have same technician come back...he was Professional and Polite and took the time to answer my questions and explain what to do and not do while carpets were drying. I already have referred you to my friend !
This is 2nd time I’ve used Zeroeez in this house. They answer the phone straight away, prices are fair and the man who came to my house the other day was extremely knowledgeable about carpets and super friendly.
Damaged our baseboards. Called twice and emailed with no response. I was told at the time there would be compensation since we had to get baseboards repainted.
