Scheduling was easy. My cost was straight forward. The technician was prompt and communicated with me throughout the day of our cleaning. Payment was easy over the phone. I couldn't have asked for better service.
I was hoping to hear back from your company about making things right for us. You offered to come clean the tile again, but when we told you that we were moved out of the house, you offered us a 50 dollar credit for the next time we used you. Problem that we explained several times is that we are in Sparks Nevada and we would love the 50 dollars to be credited back to the card we used for your service. Honestly for the work I had to do cleaning up after your boys left the house, 50 dollars would have gotten you off easy. I’m still hoping for some sort of response from you.

The worker assigned to our household explained in detail what offers and promotions could be bundled within a service. He did a good job cleaning our carpet, and did 1 room in less than 20min! The carpet smells great and looks almost like new. I will be calling again for future services.
