Ethan was on time, courteous, and polite. Tested the spotted area and was clear about price and did and amazing job on my sectional. It had some stains and difficult areas of concern which did come clean so I was very happy with the service. No shampoo odors left behind and dries quickly. Definitely recommend to others.

I think you should include vacuuming or at least offer. Employee was very nice and did good job I thought but if you live alone like I do that is a big minus. Fortunately kids were home at 85 it would have been a cancellation for me. None of your ads mention this. And I have never had a service that didn’t do it automatically thinking your vac would be better maybe not. He was prompt My daughter in law made appointment so maybe they told her then. I would have just not made the appointment. Hi
